Your check engine light came on when you tried to accelerate, and your vehicle slowed down instead of speeding up. You had to turn the engine off and restart it to get normal operation back. A mechanic replaced the throttle chamber, but the problem happened again even after the repair. The issue also included your driver's side window not working.
