After recently doing the recall update on the vehicle, I have noticed that the battery percentage light indicator now significantly drops its percentage sometimes upt to 15% within a couple of minutes driving at a constant speed and then when slowing or coming to a complete stop the battery percentage will increase back anywhere between 10 and 15 percent which leads to deceiving the driver and may cause the vehicle to go into safety mode.

Reverse camera is intermittently blank

Fron passenger lock has been faulty. Door will either latch or unlatch randomly. Dealership has reviewed and stated it is faulty but not their fault despite no evidence of driver responisbility.

A warning light came on with a circle and exclamation mark and when I starting to back up my brake pedal was not stopping the car it kept on going it was very scary , then another warning light came on with a picture of a car and exclamation. Sign and everything stopped working the car will not moved , took the car to the dealer and they said the 12 volt battery was defective

Backup camera fails to display when in reverse. Dangerous reduced visibility of surroundings while reversing vehicle. Called dealership and they confirmed that my VIN is not on the recall list, but I am having the issue!

The vehicle infotainment screen has been rebooting multiple times over the last few months while driving and the navigation maps screen goes black during the reboot, this is very distracting . The navigation map turn by turn directions intermittently stops working independent of this reboot, causing missed turns, again distracting.

The Backup Camera only works intermittently and if it is not working it will not begin working again unless the car is completely turned off and restarted. The failure seems more likely to occur if the car is started and then quickly put into reverse.

Leaf backup screen turns pink when in reverse. Unable to backup safely!!! Called and drove leaf to dealer who inspected the leaf..

See attached document for complaint. I am the owner of a 2019 Nissan Leaf that has a recall on the Level 3 charging system. I have received many letters telling me it will be soon for them to fix the issue and they still haven't done a thing to resolve this.

This recall is over a year old, based on science there is likely no software fix supported by the age of the recall. Since there clearly is no software fix, battery replacement should be mandated. This car is not able to be used as advertised, since it supported fast charging.

Nissan issued a recall on my 2019 Nissan Leaf for unsafe level 3 charging. I understood the answer to be a software update. It has been almost two years and no solution.

I cannot drive as intended because I am no longer able to use a level 3 charger. This is unacceptable and I am no longer able to make longer distant commutes.

The existing recall has now been outstanding for 15 months with no resolution proposed by the manufacturer and threats of disastrous consequences if the car is used as intended.

Nissan has had an open recall for over a year and sent me multiple recall letters for NHTSA Recall Number: 24V-700. This recall has had no remedy to date. It was opened in 2024.

My 2019 Nissan Leaf SV (VIN [XXX] ) is affected by Recall 24V-700 / Nissan R24B2, a critical battery defect with no available fix since September 2024. Nissan has acknowledged the defect but has not provided any remedy. Despite repeated follow-ups with Nissan Consumer Affairs and their Arbitration Specialist, I have received no updates or resolution.

trying to fast charge the car, I noticed some buzzing and a weird smell. I have unplugged the charger right away. But definitely this is a HUGE safety risk.

State of charge wildly fluctuates at charge less than about 60%, making the car unusable except for very short trips between charges. Lack of fast charging (active recall) means that car cannot be used for its intended purpose

Manufacturer has not remedied recall for over a year, continually pushing recall remedy date back. No new recall remedy date is available. Car is not functional for lvl 3 charging as advertised on sale.

Nissan issued a recall for my car in September 2024, stating that 2019 Leafs cannot use CHAdeMo fast charging until the problem has been remedied. Nissan gave multiple estimates of when the recall would be completed (first in the fall/winter of 2024, then early 2025).

The following Nissan recall: NHTSA ID: 24V-700 NISSAN ID: R24B2 The issue was recognized in October of 2024, and owners of affected vehicles were advised not to use level 3 chargers, otherwise the battery cells could experience excessive lithium deposits, creating a risk of explosion.

Nissan has issued a recall for the fast charging system on this vehicle in September, 2024. Over a year later, there has been no resolution to the charging issue. I live in a rural area where medical appointments, shopping and family activities are outside of the car's battery range.

Manufacturer recall number R24B42 HTHSA/Recall number 24V-700 remains without a remedy. It was initiated almost a year ago on Sep 19, 2024. The inability to rapidly charge is a great burden for me.

The open recall 24V-700 still has no remedy from the manufacturer; they keep pushing it back. It's been over 9 months since it was originally issued, and longer since they told me to stop using level 3 charging. A lack of level 3 charging means I cannot feasibly use this vehicle for longer trips.

Purchased the vehicle used in December 2024, as Nissan had a remedy expected by March 2025. It is now June, and no remedy. This has become our primary car, and I'm having to fast charge it regularily to use it as we don't have a charger available at our rental house.

It has been months where I have not been able to fast charge my Nissan Leaf due to the recall. The other week, because I drove out of town and I had to fast charge, I received an error message from the Level 3 charger and could not charge my Nissan Leaf. Please contact Nissan to urge them to quickly find a remedy to this issue.

Reporting that, in September 2024, Nissan publicly suggested March 2025 would be the estimated timeline for recall service resolution. Now in May 2025, I'm still unable to use the Level 3 charging due to recall 24V-700. Until September 2024, we could safely use this feature for longer term trips, and we are still waiting for Nissan to resolve this recall so we can resume trips.

March 2025 has passed without a recall remedy of the quick charging battery in the Nissan Leaf

Door unlock motor that unlocks the passanger door failed. Known issue by Nissan. This is a well documented issue and causes issues in entering the vehicle from outside, even with the key.

The rear view camera, activated when the vehicle is in reverse, works on and off. The inconsistent nature of the rear cameras view presents a danger everytime I backup.

Total Battery Failure at 130,000 miles - Electric Vehicle will not operate

Backup camera stopped working. There has been no damage or known circumstance that may have contributed to this failure.
