Your rear view camera display isn't clear, and the brightness is too high at night, making it hard to see what's behind you when backing up. Your Nissan dealer confirmed the issue affects multiple Altimas and suggested waiting for a software update from Nissan to fix it, but no update has arrived after nine months. The dealer said they can't resolve it on their end. A software update or camera recalibration may be needed to restore proper image clarity and brightness control.
