Your forward collision avoidance system warning light turns on with a beep sound shortly after you start driving, and it stays on until you turn off the car. This happens every time you drive, even though the sensor area is clean and unobstructed. The dealer was unable to recreate the problem when you visited. Fixing this will likely require a diagnostic scan of the system and possibly replacement of the sensor or its mounting bracket.
