Your brake pedal went all the way to the floor and your brakes stopped working. The problem was that spot welds on the bracket that attaches the brake hose to the strut assembly failed, causing the bracket to separate. Once the brake hose came loose, it got punctured by moving parts underneath the car, causing you to lose brake fluid and brake function. The fix will likely involve replacing the brake hose and reinforcing or rewelding the bracket that holds it to the strut.

Your car's front end has been making strange noises, and a Nissan dealer discovered that the left front strut tower is separating from the vehicle frame, making it unsafe to drive. You've also noticed the right side strut tower is cracking and rusting. The dealer indicated this requires body shop repair rather than standard maintenance.
