Your seatbelts don't fit properly for shorter or larger occupants. The shoulder belt rubs against your neck instead of crossing your shoulder, and rear seatbelts must be fully extended to lock, creating discomfort and concerns about proper restraint positioning. This appears to be a design limitation rather than a mechanical failure. Addressing this would likely require redesigning the belt anchor points, adjusters, or belt routing geometry to better accommodate a wider range of occupant sizes.

Your seatbelt shoulder strap rubs against your neck instead of crossing the center of your shoulder, even when the height adjuster is set to its lowest position. The rear seatbelts require full extension to lock and buckle, which prevents a snug fit and may not provide proper tension in a crash. These issues have been present since you first used the vehicle and raise concerns about neck and upper-body injury risk during an accident.
