I went to the Kia Oursman of Alexandria VA to get an update on the car. I was told they don't know what's wrong with the engine. The only thing they know is there is a defect in the engine where the engine is misfiring. I was told they can't tell me anything yet about the engine. They have my car in the shop for over 30 days, and they still can't tell me what's wrong with it except that it has an engine defect.
