On May 11, 2024, we took our 2015 Kia Optima to Hutchinson Kia Service Center 3931 River Pl, Macon, Ga. due to brakes not working. When you apply brakes the vehicle would not stopped you would have to apply the emergency brakes for a complete stop.

I was driving approx 5-8mph with 2 kids, pulling into library parking lot. Next thing I know I hear a loud thump and feel my tire gone flat. After pulling into the first parking spot I get out and smell rubber.
