Your Jeep's frame has developed rust with visible holes and cracks that are compromising its structural integrity. Parts of the suspension that attach to the frame are at risk of falling off, and the rust damage is severe enough that your vehicle failed its state safety inspection. Addressing this will likely require professional frame repair or replacement, potentially including welding or reinforcement of affected areas.

Your Jeep's frame is rusting from the inside out because water gets trapped inside with no way to drain out. The rust develops without obvious signs and can weaken the frame unexpectedly, potentially causing you to lose control of the vehicle. The frame may need to be inspected by a professional to assess the rust damage and determine if structural repairs or replacement is necessary.

Your Jeep's frame has developed severe rust that makes it unsafe to drive, and body shops have refused to repair it due to insurance concerns. This is a known problem affecting many TJ Wranglers, as documented in owner forums. The frame rust is severe enough to compromise the vehicle's structural integrity despite otherwise good condition. Addressing this issue will likely require professional frame repair or replacement, potentially involving sandblasting, welding, and rust treatment.

Your dashboard covering above the passenger side airbag has become extremely sticky and is deteriorating, leaving a film on the windshield that requires frequent cleaning. Beyond the sticky appearance, you're concerned that the decaying vinyl may affect the airbag's ability to deploy properly. The issue appears to be caused by the hot Florida climate breaking down the dashboard material.

VEHICLE IS A 2004 JEEP WRANGLER 4X4 PURCHASED 12/04. DEBRIS ACCUMULATED UNDER THE SKID PLATE, APPARENTLY IGNITED BY EXHAUST SYSTEM. I SMELLED AND SAW SMOKE AND HAD A FIRE EXTINGUISHER WHICH I USED TO PUT OUT THE FIRE. ENGINE WIRING HARNESS DAMAGED BY THE FIRE, REPAIRS ABOUT $2,000. SKID PLATE DESIGN ALLOWS DEBRIS TO COME IN FRONT OF SKID PLATE BUT NOT BE BLOWN OUT THE BACK OR BOTTOM. I BOUGHT THE JEEP IN PART FOR ITS OFFROAD CAPABILITIES, BUT AM AFRAID TO USE IT NOW. *NM
