Your emergency parking brake has engaged on its own while driving, which felt like being hit by another vehicle. This happened multiple times, and even after a Jeep dealership replaced the starter and checked for error codes, they couldn't find the root cause or guarantee it won't happen again. The dealership acknowledged that Jeep is aware of this same issue affecting multiple owners.
