Your seat belt warning light and chime keep going off randomly even though both seat belts are properly fastened. On two separate occasions, your horn stopped working, and your forward collision warning light came on while driving. Multiple dealers couldn't reproduce the seat belt issue, but one determined your horn needs to be replaced. The problems started around 2,000 miles.
