Your car's ADAS camera has failed, causing all safety system warning lights to turn on and disabling lane departure warning, forward collision avoidance, and brake assist features—and Honda won't warranty them when the camera fails. Even when the system was working, it had serious safety issues: it would disengage adaptive cruise and lane keeping without warning at any speed, and it would veer into oncoming traffic when it couldn't detect lane lines during merges. Fixing this will require replacing the ADAS camera and having the system recalibrated.
