The contact owns a 2019 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the Lane Departure Assist failed to function as intended. The contact stated that while driving in the desired lane, the vehicle was pulling into another lane. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the failure could not be duplicated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or the dealer. The contact stated that the vehicle had previously been serviced at the dealer several times. The contact stated that the engine and the transmission had been replaced after the vehicle was purchased a year ago. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
