While inspecting your parked 2024 Ford Explorer, you noticed both the driver's side and passenger's side front struts had failed. A dealer confirmed that both front struts need to be replaced. This happened at just over 11,100 miles, which is unusually early for strut failure. The repair will involve removing and installing new front struts on both sides of your vehicle.
