Your car has a defective weld on the fuel filler neck that caused a fuel leak, creating a serious fire hazard since the leak was located directly next to the exhaust system. You may notice a strong gasoline smell inside and outside your vehicle, and fuel may drip from the filler neck area. The manufacturer refused to address the issue despite the safety risk. Fixing this will require replacing the fuel filler neck with a properly welded component.
