A Chevrolet dealer found an alignment and suspension problem, and you also got a check engine light (though CarMax said it was an old code). Your transmission was replaced, but you're still experiencing multiple problems.

The contact owns a 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact took the vehicle to a tire shop for regular maintenance and was informed that the passenger’s side strut was leaking and had seized. Additionally, the driver’s side strut was also leaking. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that air bag suspensions were corroded and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The vehicle was next taken to Classic Kia (902 Walton Dr, Texarkana, TX 75503, (903) 793-4623) to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the driver’s and passenger’s side struts needed to be replaced. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 63,000.
