Your turn signals are activating incorrectly—when you try to use the right turn signal, the left one lights up instead. This problem started around 8,000 miles and was confirmed by the dealer as a signal overcorrection issue. The dealer diagnosed it but didn't repair it, and the manufacturer confirmed the problem but hasn't offered assistance. Fixing this will likely require the dealer to reprogram or replace the turn signal control module or wiring.

After completing a right turn with a right turn signal, the vehicle will signal a left turn for 3 blinks.
After completing a right turn with a right turn signal, the vehicle will sometimes signal a left turn for 3 blinks. I can feel and hear a clicking from the turn signal switch when initiating the signal to turn right. GM issued TSB 24-NA-235 which was performed on my 2024 Colorado but it did not resolve the problem.
Vehicle headlights provide very poor lighting in fog or in rain at night. It is impossible to see highway lane markings.
I'm having an issue with my 2024 Colorado Trail Boss. After making a right hand turn with the signal on, once the stalk bounces back, it overcorrects and 'taps' the indicator and flashes left 3 times. I've seen some other owners having this issue on online forums throughout the Colorado and GMC canyon lineup. I think it's a pretty big safety concern to give improper navigation signals, 50% of the time I take a right hand turn.
